Why is there a price update?
Public transport fares are periodically updated according to the Transport Inputs Index. During the current period, from April 2023 to April 2024, the index increased by 4.82%. Due to this, the Ministry of Transport will update fares from 01/07/2024.

By validating a trip in stored value, the amount that decreased from the stored value is determined by the fare for a single ride.
I have a discounted Rav-Kav profile, is there a change to the discount percentages?
There is no change to the discount percentages for holders of a Rav-Kav Special Profile. Those with a special profile such as youth, senior citizens, students, the disabled and those eligible for Social Security, continue to benefit from the same percentage discount when purchasing Rav-Kav Online contracts.

I charged a contract before the price updated, can it continue to be used?
Of course! If your charged contract was terminated before the price update, you can continue to use it until the contract expires as usual. For example, if you purchased a monthly pass contract on 30/06/2024 that ends on 29/07/2024, you can continue to use it until it expires.
