Accessibility Statement

For us at Rav-Kav Online, accessibility is a top priority. We do our best to accommodate the needs of a wide variety of populations, such as people with disabilities, senior citizens, and people with visual impairments.

To make our service as accessible as possible, and to optimize it for people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, we've implemented the following features:

  • Proper use of semantic tags, for easy identification by assistive technologies.
  • Alternative text to photos and icons.
  • High contrast on pages with important content.
  • Main tasks can be performed using just a keyboard.
  • Users can zoom in up to 200% without losing any content or features.

Accessibility features are designed and implemented in compliance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and the recommendations of the Standards Institute of Israel's (SI 5568) at an AA conformance level.

For optimal use of accessibility features, please use the latest Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox browsers. Some features may not be available on older browsers.

In addition to the Rav-Kav Online website, the service requires users to perform certain tasks that may be difficult for people with disabilities – for example, installing the card reader software and connecting it to the computer. If you require assistance, we recommend contacting our support team. For inquiries regarding the website's accessibility features, please contact Eti Naim - Accessibility Coordinator, at email negishot@ravkavonline.co.il.
