Rav-Kav Online is an innovative service that enables users to load public transport contracts via the Rav-Kav website or in the mobile app. The Rav-Kav Online website and app have all the information to help you find the best contract for you quickly and easily.
Which Contracts are Available?
Rav-Kav Online is the official service for selling and loading public transport contracts used by Israel's public transport operators.
The service is used by all members of the Public Transport Operators' Forum, including Egged, Kavim, Metropolin, Superbus, Afikim, Nateev Express, Egged Ta'abura, and Golan Regional Council.
The system is designed to allow passengers to load public transport contracts onto their Rav-Kav cards. Contracts purchased via the website or in the app are identical to the contracts sold by public transport operators. They are accepted by all legally mandated public transport operators – just like contracts bought at the station or on the bus. For example, a Monthly Pass for the Gush Dan area purchased on Rav-Kav Online from operator Kavim will also be accepted on all Dan bus lines – even though Dan doesn't sell contracts on Rav-Kav Online.
How Do I Load My Rav-Kav in the App?
If you have an NFC-enabled Android or iPhone device, you can load your card in the Rav-Kav Online app.
The app is available for download on Google Play.
How Do I Load My Rav-Kav on the Website?
To load your card via the website, you'll need:
- A Rav-Kav card with a golden chip;
- A credit card or debit card;
- An internet-enabled computer with a USB port.
How do I get started?

First, you'll need to get a card reader.
The card reader connects to your computer and allows you to view your balance and load contracts onto your card.

Register by creating your account. It's easy – all you need to do is enter your name and e-mail and choose a password.

If you've never used a card reader on your computer before, you'll need to install the card reader software.

How Do I Buy a Contract?
When you buy a contract on Rav-Kav Online, you can repeat your previous purchases to renew your existing contracts, or search and buy new contracts from any participating public transport operator.
To pay for your purchases, you'll need a credit or debit card. We accept Leumi Card, Visa Cal, Isracard, and Mastercard.
The payment is charged only after the contract is loaded into your card. In any case, if the loading fails, the payment will not be charged.
