How can I check my Rav-Kav expiration date?

Scan your Rav-Kav card in the Rav-Kav Online app or website. The expiration date of the card, and of any profiles, will appear below the card's serial number.

How to extend a Rav-Kav's validity?

Scan the card in the Rav-Kav Online app or website.
If the validity can be extended, a notification will appear.
Follow the instructions in the notification.

What will happen to contracts and special profiles I have on the card?

The validity of Senior Citizen, Blind and Youth profiles will be extended.

Existing contracts are not affected.

As of August 2022, operations can also be performed with expired Rav-Kav cards, so this service is no longer active.
